CitSci.org Measurements & Protocols

What's Being Measured Is Up to You

The projects created on CitSci.org measure many things about many diverse topics. Below is a growing and changing list of many things currently being measured by the diverse projects using CitSci.org. Project managers can continually add to this growing list of measurements as needed! The measurements made may be about anything, really, but are classified as being about organisms (species attributes) or any other aspect of the environment broadly (site characteristics). Each measurement can be made in any units of your choice. Don't see something you want to measure (or a unit of measurement you need)? No problem - just add it to this growing list! We are also expanding to better document how each project measures these things - the protocols they use. Stay tuned for more details.
