Collect Field Data
Step 1: Follow field protocols
Step 2: Choose your method
Step 3: Submit Data
NotesWe offer software to help citizen scientists and researchers alike collect field data efficiently. Our software is free, easy to use, and directly interfaces with our database. Project managers can tailor data entry forms for their specific mapping needs. These forms may be downloaded to a PDA unit. They may contain selected species and attributes of interest to your unique citizen science monitoring project To report a new sighting, you may use our online reporting form, or you may use our any of the field tools above that allow you to directly upload the data you collected in the field. The online reporting form will require you to login and be a contributor on at least one project. You will need to select a project to assign the new sighting to, report the species, it's location, and the date it was found. |
